So far, my most impactful learning has been understanding the value of one’s time…I’ve learned how valuable this finite resource is. So, I’ve begun to assign a value to each unit of my own time. This helps me to prioritize and choose how and where to allocate my work time, as well as my personal time. I would, of course, love to do everything but it’s simply not possible. This exercise has so far helped me a lot in clarifying how to spend the time I have.

The biggest learning has been learning the difference between something happening and not happening comes down to a moment of choice, and investing into creating the space for purposeful choice is where my transformation from uncomfortable to growth happens. Also, I feel the most joy and presence when I hold myself, and everything happening around me, with a lot more lightness and laughter. My kids are pretty good at keeping me there.
